PlusMail List Server Setup

1) Setup welcome message in infobot file - you can name it anything you like, for our purposes we'll call it "welcome".

Ex: "Welcome to my list server, please send all mail to name of list@mydomain.com"

This message will be automatically returned each time someone subscribes.

2) Now you need to setup a configuration file to tell the mail system to build a mailing list. In your infobot directory create a file called infolist. This is used to tell the system what to do with addresses received from each infobot response. You can have as many lists as you want, for our purposes we will set it up to write to one list called "newsletter".

Here's what the file should look like:
Ex: welcome newsletter
First line should be Welcome followed by a space, then newsletter. That's all you need to create a list called "newsletter".

3) To send mail to the list, send your E-mail to newsletter@yourdomain.com and the Plus Mail System will send it to the entire list.

4) You may also remove a list via email. Just send mail to the list with the following in the body:

delete mail@domain.com

where the above email is the one that is to be removed from the list.
